1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

There are no hidden shipping fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Transit times begin after the order has been processed:
European Union: 3–7 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
United States: 7–14 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EU Orders: Prices include VAT where applicable. No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the EU.
UK & USA Orders: Regal Wear is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Lost Items Regal Wear is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Regal Wear is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
