📦 Shipping FAQ

2. Why is my tracking number not updating? Tracking numbers often take 2–5 business days to synchronize with the carrier’s system after the package has been handed over. If it hasn’t updated after 5 days, please contact us.
3. My order is coming in multiple packages? To ensure the fastest delivery, items from the same order may be shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the other; this is normal.
4. Customs and Duties For EU customers, most orders are delivered without extra fees. However, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
