Returns & Refunds Policy
At Regalwear, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.
Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your transaction, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed (free from perfume, deodorant, or make-up stains).

In the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, or swimwear).

Gift cards.

Sale items (Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased during a clearance or final sale are non-refundable).
Note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

Approval: We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the garment.

Payment: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank to check for pending processing times.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or require a different size. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at admin@regalwear.eu for authorization and instructions.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your total.

Protection: For items over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
